The EvilMamaCow.org, was founded for three very important reasons. 1. To inform the public about Mad Cow Disease; 2. To provide the latest mad cow disease news; 3. To present the unkown connection between eating veal* and the spread of mad cow disease, which I have personally discovered, and which you can choose not to accept if you so choose.

A project of the Center for Global Food Issues, Mad-Cow-Facts presents the latest information, news and analysis on mad cow disease, also known as bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE).

BSE (bovine spongiform encephalopathy or mad cow disease) is a fatal disease affecting cattle and has been transmitted to humans as vCJD (nvCJD). This site is a source of information on both the bovine and human afflictions and is provided by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
