Anton's offers a wide range of product from whole fish to fully processed skinless, boneless fillets in either chilled or frozen form. Anton's operates three fresh trawlers in waters around New Zealand and a freezer trawler in various international water fisheries. The company also contracts independent fishermen to harvest it's quota's. At its Auckland base Anton's operate a modern purpose built 35,000 sq ft processing plant alongside it's 1000 tonne cold storage facility.
