Cette association qui rassemble tous les acteurs de la race sur le plan national, est dirigee par un Conseil d'Administration compose de 26 administrateurs, dont 25 eleveurs et 1 negociant d'animaux, repartis en 3 colleges.

CCA is the only national association representing the interests of Canada's 90,000 beef producers. The CCA is involved in a wide range of issues that are of concern to Canadian beef producers. These include trade, animal health, environment and animal care, fiscal and monetary policy, and grading/inspection.

Podolica cattle are currently widespread throughout the South of Italy. Some 21,000 head are registered in the Herd Book and albeit annual fluctuations this figure is to be taken as stable for the last five years. The Provinces with the largest numbers of head are Potenza, Catanzaro, Cosenza, Salerno, Matera and Lecce.
