Tomschoice Limousins are a small pedigree herd of 17 cows owned and managed by James and Sarah Cooper on 35 acres of hill grassland. The herd was started in 1996.

The Ranch keeps about 60 fullblood registered breeding females and has affordable fullblood bulls and other reasonably priced breeding stock for sale at all times. It also runs a commercial Marchigiana beef herd consisting of half-blood cows (1/2 Marchigiana - 1/2 Aberdeen Angus).
