Smoky Hill Bison Co. sells grass fed bison meat and related items from hides to toys. The Visitors Center hosts group tours and meals, maze and pumpkin patch. Currently our bison herd averages between fifty and a hundred amd thirty head, depending on the time of year. Our animals are processed one at a time in a clean USDA-inspected plant, and the meat is vacuumed packed for safe shipping and storage.
