This site contains various information about the breed, it's standards and stud book. The Association produces a Journal three times a year which is available here for viewing along with other interesting articles.

The Galway sheep was introduced to Great Britain in 1990 by the import of a selection from seven of the top flocks in the West of Ireland, where, though the pedigree population is low, the Galway breed plays an important role in commercial sheep production.

Exists to promote Hebridean sheep as an economical breed with qualities of importance to today's livestock industry and many types of ecological management task to promote biodiversity. The Society is the registration authority for the breed within the UK and is affiliated to the National Sheep Association.

The Saskatchewan Katahdin Sheep Association Inc. (SKSA), incorporated in 1993, is a non-profit Association dedicated to the development, advancement, and promotion of the Katahdin sheep breed.

Regional association of Katahdin Hair Sheep breeders located in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, Oklahoma and Tennessee.
