The Canadian Professional Chuckwagon Association has a membership of over 200 horse enthusiasts dedicated to keeping the 'Old West' alive by putting on chuckwagon races each summer throughout Western Canada and the United States. Most famous races are held each July when the drivers compete in the 'Rangeland Derby' at the Calgary Stampede.

The WPCA is an association of professional cowboys and business people with an interest in preserving our western heritage and providing exciting family entertainment. The WPCA promotes and presents chuckwagon racing as a professional sport throughout North America and the world.
