Cottonwood Ranch, located in the hill country of California's central coast, is a multi-use facility specializing in thoroughbred and warmblood breeding, three-day event training and schooling. Goose Downs is a first class training center dedicated to the development of horses and riders for the sport of Combined Training. Goose Downs is beautifully situated on 350 acres of rolling hills south of historic Santa Fe, New Mexico, in a wide valley surrounded by the Sangre de Cristo Mountains to the west and the Ortiz Mountains to the south.
