Shining Meadows Clydesdales is a small family owned and operated breeding farm in Northeast Ohio. We try to have 8 to 12 head and usually have 2 or 3 foals a year. We breed quality horses of all colors (mostly bays and bay roans). Visitors are always welcome.

Robert A. Funk - founder and CEO of Express Personnel Services - has over 40 Clydesdales and one traveling hitch. To provide a healthy environment for these animals, Funk had a 1936 barn completely restored by a group of Amish barn specialists from Indiana to house them. The barn also has a gift shop and serves as a welcome center for visitors.
