The official sanctioning body for Endurance in the USA and Canada. The American Endurance Ride Conference (AERC) is the national organization for long distance endurance riding on horseback. It keeps records for endurance and promotes trail preservation for riders. Endurance News is published monthly by American Endurance Ride Conference.

• Great Lakes Distance Riding Association
Encourages trail rides in the State of Michigan. The distance rides in Michigan are sanctioned by the Upper Midwest Endurance and Competitive Ride Association (UMECRA). Most of our endurance rides are 50 miles in length although there are a number of 100 - mile - in - one - day rides, one two-day 150 mile ride and one 3-day 150 miler.

• Pacific Northwest Endurance Rides
Pacific Northwest Endurance Rides, Inc. (PNER) is an organization composed of people interested in endurance riding in this region. As of July, 2003, PNER had over 600 active members. Membership in PNER offers fun, social, competitive, and educational benefits.

• Texas Arabian Distance Riders Association
TADRA is an Arabian horse distance riding club chartered by Arabian Horse Association (AHA). We promote Endurance riding, Limited Distance riding and Competitive Trail riding. As a regional distance ride club, our membership area covers TX, OK, KS, MO, AR and LA. We have 3 membership classes. Regular AHA, Junior AHA and Associate (no AHA).

The Georgia Dressage & Combined Training Association (GDCTA) is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to promoting the equestrian sports of dressage and combined training (eventing). Run entirely by volunteers, the association and its members regularly organize and sponsor various activities.

• Farmington Hunt Club
Located in Albemarle County, Virginia, the Farmington Hunt Club enjoys a beautiful and spacious hunting country, devoted staff members, a fine pack of hounds, a congenial and democratic membership, and, by no means least, so many gallant foxes.

• Glenmore Hunt Club
Glenmore's Hunt Season is from late October through late March with cubbing during September and early October. The Hunt goes out two to four times a week, including one Sunday hunt per month. In addition to the hunts, there are many hunt-related horse activities that take place throughout the year.

• Middleton Place Hounds
Middleton Place Hounds in Charleston, SC is located at the historic Middleton Place Plantation stables. Fox hunts are held from November to March.

• Penny Royal Hunt Club
The Penny Royal Hunt Club was established in 1991. Penny Royal Hunt country lies south of Franklin, KY, down to Orlinda, Tennessee. On the east side, we are bordered by I-65 and on the west side by Middleton. Fox and coyote still abound and we definitely prefer to "hunt" fox. The season begins in September and ends in April. Guests are always welcome.
