• Vermont Journal of Environmental Law
The Vermont Journal of Environmental Law is the on-line publication of Vermont Law School, and provides a unique forum for enlightened discourse on a range of environmental issues impacting our region, nation, and world. The mission of the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law (VJEL) is to combine cutting-edge technology with a multidisciplinary approach to a broad range of environmental issues in order to ensure a rapid presentation of information and to facilitate an enlightened discourse.
• Virginia Environmental Law Journal
The Virginia Environmental Law Journal is published by students at the University of Virginia School of Law. The Journal focuses on state, regional, national, and international issues of environmental, preservation, land use, energy, and natural resources law. VELJ, founded in 1979, publishes three to four times each year.
• William and Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review
The William & Mary Law School Environmental Law and Policy Review began as the William and Mary Journal of Environmental Law in 1975 to report on local and regional topics of environmental law. Today, the central function of the review is to provide a forum for professors, scholars, practitioners and students to publish articles on current topics of environmental law and examine in a more focused manner the policy implications behind the law.
• Albany Law Environmental Outlook Journal
The Albany Law Environmental Outlook Journal is a student-edited journal that began publication in 1995. The Outlook Journal publishes articles on a variety of issues in environmental law and policy, natural resources law, international environmental law, and other topics relating to law and the environment. It serves as a research tool for practicing attorneys, scholars, government officials, environmental organizations, and others with an interest in environmental law and policy.

The Pace University School of Law Center for Environmental Legal Studies Web site. GreenLaw, our new publication, continues the tradition of providing our readers with short, quality articles on a wide range of environmental law issues. It also provides summaries of important lectures on environmental law at Pace and insight into the student experience here, as well as keeping you up-to-date on other activities at the Law School.
• Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation
The Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation (JELL), has provided a national, unbiased forum for the discussion and presentation of new ideas and theories in environmental and natural resources law since 1985. JELL educates students for careers in environmental law, disseminates important information to the environmental community, and plays an integral role at the University of Oregon Law School's nationally and internationally recognized environmental law program.
• News from West Coast Environmental Law
News from West Coast Environmental Law is published four times a year. It examines topical environmental legal issues, reviews recent work of West Coast Environmental Law, reports on activities of the Environmental Dispute Resolution Fund, and looks at recent case law and new publications of interest.
• Tulane Environmental Law Journal
The Tulane Environmental Law Journal is a biannual legal periodical produced and edited by students of Tulane Law School with the support of the faculty and administration of Tulane Law School. The Journal contains timely articles written by professors and practitioners, as well as commentary on recent cases written by journal members. We are committed to featuring scholarly articles that rigorously analyze a broad range of environmental issues affecting individuals, communities, and the nation at large.
• Buffalo Environmental Law Journal
The Buffalo Environmental Law Journal include general environmental issues ranging from local land use to comprehensive federal statues and litigation. Our goal is to provide a wide-read and valuable tool for the legal profession by allowing interested parties to obtain accurate and up-to-date comparative information about the most recent publications surrounding environmental law. • Harvard Environmental Law Review
The Harvard Environmental Law Review (HELR) has been published semi-annually, in winter and spring, since 1976. HELR publishes articles on a broad range of environmental affairs, such as land use; air, water, and noise regulation; toxic substances control; radiation control; energy use; workspace pollution; science and technology control; and resource use and regulation. HELR draws upon environmental experts from government, academia, private practice, industry and public interest groups to cover legal developments at the local, state, federal, foreign, and international levels.
