She is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Section of Hematology/Oncology and a Member of the Cancer Research Center. Dr. Kindler is an internationally recognized expert in new drug development for mesothelioma. She chairs the Mesothelioma Program of the Cancer and Leukemia Group B, a national cooperative cancer research group.
