The Coastal Research and Education Society of Long Island (CRESLI) programs foster stewardship and understanding of NY's coastal ecosystems, marine mammal and sea turtles.

  Delta Marsh Field Station
The Delta Marsh Field Station, a research and teaching facility of the Faculty of Science at the University of Manitoba (Winnipeg, Canada), is located on the south shore of Lake Manitoba (98°23'W, 50°11'N). It borders Delta Marsh, a "Wetland of International Significance" under the Ramsar Convention, that is one of the largest lacustrine marshes in North America. The Field Station property is part of a designated game-bird refuge and wildlife protection area, most of which was designated in 1987 as an ecologically significant area.

  Antarctic Wildlife Research Unit
University of Tasmania: Antarctic Wildlife Research Unit. AWRU Mission: to design, implement and communicate the results of research on Antarctic and Southern Ocean wildlife species to contribute to a better understanding of their ecology for the purposes of conservation and management.

Belle W. Baruch Institute for Marine Biology & Coastal Research
The Belle W. Baruch Institute for Marine & Coastal Sciences was established in 1969 through the joint efforts of the Belle W. Baruch Foundation and the University of South Carolina. The Baruch Institute is dedicated to fostering discovery, advancing existing knowledge, and providing a sound understanding of marine and coastal environments. Excellence in both basic and applied research of these complex and diverse ecosystems is the governing principle.

  Center For Bison Studies, MSU-Bozeman
The Center for Bison Studies is at Montana State University-Bozeman. The primary mission of the Center is to serve as a regional center for information exchange and research on all aspects of the biology and management of the American bison. This includes research on disease and parasite identifications, transmission, and control; nutrition and physiology studies; genetic studies; studies on grading and marketing; range science and ecology studies; growth and production studies; and ecology.

Center for Tropical Marine Ecology, ZMT
The ZMT's activities include a continuing international research interest in tropical marine ecosystems, their resources and their vulnerability to environmental and climatic changes. They address the scientific issues related to the management of tropical coastal marine ecosystems and their resources and contribute to building global partnerships for research, education and training in the field. Through these activities, which are fully integrated into the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission's (IOC) Program TEMA (Training Education and Mutual Assistance), the ZMT continues to contribute to the goals set by the Agenda 21 of the United Nations Convention on Environment and Development (UNCED).

Cerro de la Muerte Biological Station -- Costa Rica
The Station is dedicated to protect the natural beauty of the Paramo and Cloud Forest, to conduct research on natural systems as part of a global effort to understand and preserve the Earth's biodiversity, and to increase appreciation of this effort through innovative, field-based educational programs for student of all level.
