  Morro Bay National Estuary Program
The Morro Bay National Estuary Program is a collaborative organization that brings local citizens, local government, non-profits, agencies, and landowners together to protect and restore the physical, biological, economic, and recreational values of the Morro Bay Estuary. The program staff members work on a variety of projects including (but not limited to) public education, the Volunteer Monitoring Program, watershed protection and restoration and managing the MBNEP grant programs.

The NOAA Coastal Services Center is an office within the United States National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) devoted to serving the nation's state and local coastal resource management programs by "linking people, information, and technology" for coastal related issues.
