  SERCAL California Society for Ecological Restoration
SERCAL is a non-profit membership based organization dedicated to the purpose of bringing about the recovery of damaged California ecosystems. To this end, the organization's activities are focused on the presentation of conferences, symposia, workshops, field trips and other educational activities dealing with the many different aspects involved in restoration of California native habitats.

  Australian Association of Bush Regenerators
AABR was established in 1986 out of concern for the continuing survival and integrity of bushland and its dependent fauna in or near bushland areas, and seeks new members and friends for promoting good work practices in natural areas. The Association's aim is to foster and encourage sound ecological practices of bushland management by qualified people, and to promote the study and practice of Bush Regeneration.

  Society for Ecological Restoration (SER)
The Society for Ecological Restoration International serves the growing field of Ecological Restoration through facilitating dialogue among restorationists; encouraging research; promoting awareness of and public support for restoration and restorative management; contributing to public policy discussions; recognizing those who have made outstanding contributions to the field of restoration; and, promoting ecological restoration around the globe through conferences, journals, the society's newsletter & website, committees & working groups.

The Aquatic Resources Education Association is a non-profit organization of local, state, federal, industry, fisheries and educational professionals involved in aquatic resource education programs. AREA provides decision makers at the national, regional, and state level on aquatic issues, strategies and methodologies. Education, public awareness, recreation, environmental issues, marine biology, and more are concerns of AREANET members. AREA provides a forum for issues, deliberation and resolution; serves as a communiction liaison in promting wise-use management and recreational sports related to them.

These involve interdisplinary, applied science studies aimed at identifying and understanding processes affecting the biomass, production and behavior of specific animal populations in the Prince William Sound and North Gulf of Alaska ecosystem.

  Sustainable Ecosystems Institute
SEI is a non-profit organization of scientists dedicated to finding cooperative, science-based solutions to ecological and environmental problems. Based in Portland, OR, the Institute works nationally and internationally to build consensus and improve the scientific underpinnings of environmental policy and practice. Currently, SEI focuses on marine conservation, sustainable forestry, and endangered species issues.

  The University of Oklahoma Biological Station
The University of Oklahoma Biological Station (UOBS) was established in 1949 as a permanent research facility. This is the first research facility to be established on a man-made lake. The Stations primary objectives are to promote and support: education, research, and academic conferences. We are a separate budgetary unit and ay/Microbiology, Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History and the Biological Survey.

  Walker Branch Watershed Research Program
Walker Branch Watershed is located on the U. S. Department of Energy's Oak Ridge Reservation near Oak Ridge, in Anderson County, Tennessee. The Walker Branch Watershed Project began in 1967 under sponsorship of the U. S. Atomic Energy Commission (now the U. S. Department of Energy). Initially, the project centered primarily on the geologic and hydrologic processes that control the amounts and chemistry of water moving through the watershed.
