Organic farming in Europe. The internet site Organic-Europe.net was set up by Stiftung Okologie & Landbau, Germany in 2000, with co-funding by the EU-Commission, Agriculture Directorate-General. Since 2002 the Site has been maintained by the Swiss Research Institute of Organic Agriculture - Forschungsinstitut fur biologischen Landbau (FiBL).

A non-profit organization which provides an Organic Certification Program. Our organization consists of Quality Certification Services and the Neighborhood Nutrition Network. We support and promote organic and sustainable agriculture, wherein; we educate consumers, farmers, future farmers (children & youth), businesses, policy makers and the general public.
• International Society of Organic Agriculture Research (ISOFAR)
ISOFAR promotes and supports research in all areas of Organic Agriculture by facilitating global co-operation in research, methodological development, education and knowledge exchange; supporting individual researchers through membership services, publications and events and integrating stakeholders in the research process.
• Northeast Organic Farming Association of Connecticut
CT NOFA is the Connecticut Chapter of the Northeast Organic Farming Association. CT NOFA is an independent non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the practices of ecologically sound farming and gardening, and to the development of local sustainable agriculture. Our efforts give consumers increased access to safe and healthy food. CT NOFA is a growing community of farmers, gardeners, land care professionals, and consumers that encourages a healthy relationship to the natural world.
• Northeast Organic Farming Association of Rhode Island
NOFA/RI is an organization of consumers, gardeners, farmers and environmentalists working to promote organic farming practices and supporting all efforts for a healthier, sustainable agricultural system. Our goal is to share ideas, resources and information with all people interested in promoting organic agriculture. We have regular board and committee meetings. NOFA/RI is associated with other NOFA chapters by the NOFA Interstate Council that meets quarterly.

• Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI)
The Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that specializes in the review of substances for use in organic production, processing, and handling. OMRI's Board of Directors is broadly representative of the industry segments with members distributed among certifiers, farmers, suppliers, processors, handlers, consumer organizations, and animal welfare and environmental groups. OMRI's services are directed to all aspects of the organic industry with a primary focus on the decision makers who deal with the compliance status of generic materials and brand name products.
• Soil Association of Scotland
Soil Association Scotland is the devolved national office of the Soil Association. Based in Edinburgh we are helping to bring the Soil Association's expertise closer to farmers, manufacturers, consumers and policy makers in Scotland.
