  Buster Backflow Comic/Coloring Book
The Buster Backflow comic book is a great teaching aid for kids, instructing them in the dangers of cross-connections and how backflow prevention is used to protect against those dangers. The comic book is in a format to allow kids to color it themselves and learn something in the process. Buster Backflow is a twelve page comic book that was developed specifically to help educate third, fourth, fifth and sixth graders in Alachua County, Florida.

  America Recycles Day
America Recycles Day (ARD) is a national all-volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. The goal of our annual campaign is to encourage Americans to recycle and to buy recycled products. Since its inception in 1997, the ARD campaign has grown substantially. Last year, residents in every state of the nation participated in America Recycles Day and pledged to recycle.

  Used Oil Management Association (UOMA)
The Used Oil Management Association advocates the on-site recycling of used oil for energy recovery in a used oil-fired space heater and boiler. Used oil is the largest single source of water pollution in the U.S. One gallon of used oil can ruin 1 million gallons of water and create an eight-acre slick on surface water.

An information exchange for recycling and waste management professionals including a marketplace to exchange or recycle scrap metal, plastics, paper, glass, rubber, textiles and electronics.

  University of Oregon Recycling Program
Since 1990, when the program was created, over 600 students have worked in the program. Numerous academic internships and volunteer opportunities have been created through the Program. The Campus Recycling Program is made up of all of the people who have taken the opportunity to contribute to making a difference whether through being an avid campus recycler or through working to create a project or an educational activity. It is through all of you that the Campus Recycling Program exists today.
