Czech Republic belongs together with the USA and Germany amongst the world largest hop producers. Hops in the Czech Republic is grown in three regions - Saaz, Trschitz and Auscha.

• Alberta Canola Producers Commission
The ACPC, founded in 1989, was one of the provinces first refundable checkoff producer organizations. The mandate of the Commission, reflected in its mission statement, is to increase the long term profitability of Alberta canola growers through research, promotional activities, consumer and producer education programs, and policy development. The Commission in no way regulates or is involved with the production, buying or selling of canola.

The Association was originally established as the Manitoba Rapeseed Growers Association in 1970. In 1983 the organization was incorporated as Manitoba Canola Growers Association. Mission Statement: to represent the interests of canola growers in Manitoba on matters relating to canola in areas of research, market development, and extension and to liase with other organizations and government.
