  Sunshine State Horse Council, Evac/Disaster List
The Sunshine State Horse Council has set up a web site that contains emergency preparation information, emergency resources, and a database of relocation sites - places that will provide space for horses displaced by fire or hurricane, on a temporary basis until the emergency subsides.

  The Horse Shelter
We are a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the rescue of abused and neglected horses within the State of New Mexico. Our home is near the town of Cerrillos, south of Santa Fe, where we have a round-the-clock caretaker and facilities for about twenty horses.

  United States Equine Rescue League (USERL)
A 501(c)3 tax-exempt charity. USERL acquires horses from a variety of sources. In the beginning, the League accepted donations of equines. Now, having established a respectable reputation within the equine community, USERL shelters equines that have been seized by law enforcement authorities and those surrendered by neglectful and/or abusive owners.

Wild Horse Spirit is a hands-on, private, non-profit, Wild Horse Rescue, Advocacy Organization, & Sanctuary.
