AGMA College delivers Education Direct (Online) or Distance Learning (CD-Rom) courses to Australian and International Students through the AGMA Virtual College (AGMA VC) system, providing 24/7 access for students, trainers, lecturing and mentoring staff. Training opportunities include beef and sheep breeding, pasture management, animal nutrition & husbandry, cropping, marketing, risk management, occupational health & safety, wool and sheep classing, shearing, animal health, horticulture, organics, hydroponics and training in natural resource management.

The Faculty of Land and Food Resources provides specialist education, research and training in the vital fields of agriculture and agribusiness; natural, environmental and resource management; forestry and forest science; animal science, welfare and management; food production, ornamental and amenity horticulture; and dairy and food technology, production and marketing.

Established in 1999 in response to public demand for professional training in animal naturopathy, therapy and healing. The college is possibly the first of its kind world-wide, specialising in naturopathic animal studies. ACNAM is primarily a college of distance education. Correspondence course provides graduates with a thorough, general understanding of the principles and practice of natural animal care and the use of natural methods, therapies and medicines in the care of common conditions.

The Agriculture & Animal Science Department delivers programs in Animal Technology, Industrial Skills, Equine Studies, Aquaculture, Natural Resources, Viticulture and Winemaking, Production Horticulture and Agriculture and operates two working farms , a sixty hectare Thoroughbred Stud and a 250 hectare broadacre farm , four vineyards and two wineries for the delivery of practical training, one being a sixty hectare Thoroughbred Stud and Vineyard, the other a 250 hectare broadacre farm.
