La Faculte de foresterie (FdeF) offre un programme de baccalaureat et de maitrise en sciences forestieres, ainsi qu'un nouveau programme de baccalaureat applique en agroforesterie qui accueillera sa premiere cohorte etudiante en septembre 2004. Le programme de baccalaureat en sciences forestieres de cinq ans permet aux etudiants et etudiantes d'acquerir des connaissances sur les aspects environnementaux, biologiques, socio-economiques et technologiques relies a la foresterie.

The Department of Animal and Poultry Science is involved in most aspects of modern animal agriculture. At the Faculty of Agriculture we combine the two disciplines to offer a range applied science/economics degrees in the areas of production, processing and marketing of agricultural products, food systems, management and conservation. Through a mix of experience and theoretical knowledge, we develop analytical thinking, inquisitiveness, values and applied economics skills in our graduates. We emphasise analytical, quantitative, computing and communication skills.
